Public Notice for Virtual Meeting of the Board and Advisory Meetings via Zoom Scheduled for on Thursday, June 10th, 2021

Lakeland Library Cooperative’s priority is always the health, safety, and welfare of officers, members, visitors, and its staff. Lakeland has proactively taken steps to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout our libraries, including hosting of virtual meetings. All Board, Advisory Council and committee meetings will be conducted as virtual meetings until further notice.

The Board Meetings of Lakeland Library Cooperative will be held Thursday, June 10th at 9:30am via Zoom’s online meeting platform. The meeting is open remotely to the public to follow along and participate during the public portion of the meeting. Access the electronic meeting in one of the following three ways:

The Advisory Council Meetings of Lakeland Library Cooperative to be held Thursday, June 10th at 11:00am has been cancelled.

ELECTRONIC COUNCIL MEETING PARTICIPATION

• To help meeting flow and organization, all public comment will be taken at the beginning of the meeting and the end of the meeting as outlined on the agenda.
     - Video conferencing audience: To make a comment, use the “raise your hand” feature or state your name and express your interest when called upon to do so.
     - Phone-in audience: To make a public comment, state your name and express your interest when called upon to do so.

• The Zoom meeting has a chat feature. Chat is considered unofficial comment - it will not be reviewed by the officers, nor will it be entered into official minutes.

As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, access to all programs, services and activities provided by Lakeland Library Cooperative are available to individuals with disabilities with 48 hours’ notice.
